Manjushree to list its shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), on the 28th February 2008.

Manjushree Extrusions Limited goes in for the follow-on PUBLIC OFFER on the 31st January, 2008. The issue to be public is to an extent of 51,26,100 shares of face value Rs. 10 and will be issued at a premium of Rs. 35, over the face valuue.

Key performance highlights for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2007 Sales turnover of Rs 1944 Lacs (Rs 1811 Lacs) – Increase by 7% PBDIT of Rs. 289 Lacs (Rs. 177 Lacs) – Increase by 63% PBT of Rs. 150 Lacs ( Rs. 83 Lacs) – Increase by 80% PAT of Rs. 97 Lacs (Rs 43 Lacs) – Increase by 126% (Figures in brackets represent performance for the same quarter in the previous year)

MEL declares interim dividend for the financial year 2007-08, being the fourth consecutive year in a row, at the rate of 10% on paid-up equity capital.
